Founded in 2015, ANDstudio is a Miami-based architecture and design firm celebrating 10 years of creating spaces that balance sophistication, context, and soul.

From its beginnings, ANDstudio has grown into a multidisciplinary team recognized for crafting high-end residential, retail, and hospitality projects across South Florida and beyond. Our portfolio includes over 160 -completed projects-, ranging from waterfront homes in Miami Beach to flagship retail stores and Michelin-starred restaurants in the Miami Design District, Palm Beach, and other premier locations.

Along the way, meaningful collaborations and shared creativity have shaped who we are. We’ve grown, evolved, and learned through every partnership—always guided by respect, curiosity, and the belief that great design begins with real human relationships.
