ANDstudio was hired to transform a dated 3-bedroom 3-bathroom corner unit in Coconut Groves iconic Grove Isle. The 1980’s building had a number of obstacles that we had to overcome, from floor-to-ceiling slab clearances of only 8’-0”, to inconvenient locations of the electrical panel and plumbing stacks, we pushed the boundaries of what was possible in order to provide our clients with unmatched views from every room.
